Orders

We accept major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express or payments through ApplePay, GooglePay and ShopPay. In certain circumstances (and for all wholesale orders) we can accept bank or Revolut transfer/merchant link by arrangement.

Yes, you can buy virtual gift cards in denominations of €25 here

Shipping

All products are shipped by us from Oui Chef HQ in Dublin, Ireland.

We offer free shipping to almost all destinations on orders over a certain value. This value depends on your location - please see our shipping rates for full details.

As a rough guide free shipping is

€69 (or €99) in Europe

£49 in the UK

$75 in the USA

€69-€99 for rest of world

We do try to keep shipping cost to a minimum by using slim and lightweight, letterbox friendly packaging.

Orders to many countries are shipped by our ExpressPost service which is an international eCommerce mail service.

We also offer a worldwide UPS Expedited service which is extremely fast and reliable. It allows us to ship globally with 1-4 (business) day delivery times.

We work really hard to ship your order on the same business day (for orders received before 14:00 GMT and subject to agreement on engraving) or next business day. Large orders or complicated orders may take slightly longer. In rare instances an item may be out of stock and in transit to us. In such cases we will offer you an alternative product, a refund, or give you an estimated wait time until your product is back in stock (usually only a few days).

Please allow extra time for dispatch during peak times eg November/December.

Estimated shipping times (working days) are indicated in the link to the countries section here. Please note that these are strictly indicative times provided by the mail service in your country. While they are generally reliable estimates we cannot take responsibility for delays arising from mail carriers unless a package is officially declared as lost.

Please order early and allow extra time for delivery during peak times eg November/December. We cannot take any responsibility owing to delays in mail services.

Yes, all orders can be tracked via UPS.com, 17track.net or the website of your national mail service using the tracking number emailed to you on order fulfilment once the package is scanned in your country.

If your package has not yet arrived, rest assured, it is well on its way to you - only in the very rarest of cases does a package not arrive safely and we will work with you to rectify such a situation should it arise.

Yes, but...Please double check your shipping details are correct before completing your order. We advise caution if using a shipping address where you do not regularly receive mail (eg the restaurant where you work) without first making appropriate arrangements, or where you do not have control over incoming mail deliveries (eg if you work at a large hotel). Please check your tracking and then check with office/reception/mail room personnel and your co-workers before contacting us about a package which you feel is delayed.

If you have made a mistake with your shipping address as happens occasionally, just reach out to us via email or WhatsApp immediately (ie before it ships!) and we will change the details in our system.

We cannot take responsibility for orders that ship with incorrect shipping addresses entered by you at checkout. In such cases, if the tools are engraved you must wait for the package to be returned to us and cover the cost of resending but rest assured we will work with you to see you get your tools as quickly as possible.

Returns

The bottom line is we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Oui Chef purchase. Items in new condition that have not been personalised can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us directly and we’ll make things right immediately.

If you are not satisfied with a product, get in touch right away - we will talk through the issue with you and make it right. That is our personal guarantee to you.

Team, Large & Wholesale orders

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a small number of retailers who we screen on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that Oui Chef is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well. If you would like more information, please contact us directly and we can discuss possible options further. Team & Large Orders

We also do bulk orders for restaurants and hotels, as promotional gifts and in collaboration with other brands. Please get in touch directly by your preferred method and we can discuss your needs in detail.

Sale T&Cs

Sales and discounts can be applied on selected items only and will be promoted clearly and marked on official Oui Chef channels. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, discount codes or offers.

Unless otherwise stated the discount will be applied at checkout automatically. Only one promotional discount code can be applied at a time. Our discounts are not valid for the purchase of gift cards or vouchers. All Products are subject to availability. Discount applies to goods only, not services or shipping.

Caring For Your Tools

Our tools are the toughest on the market but like anything they need to be taken care of to maintain their condition.
