All products are shipped by us from OuiChef HQ in Dublin, Ireland.

We offer Free Shipping on orders over €49. Shipping is calculated at checkout but we keep the cost to a minimum by using slim and lightweight letterbox friendly packaging which is classed as a large envelope rather than a packet/parcel.

Orders to many countries are shipped by ExpressPost. If your country does not have this service and you wish to have your order tracked, please select Registered Mail at checkout.
We always endeavour to ship your order on the same business day (for orders received before 15:00 GMT) or next business day. Large orders or orders with less straightforward engraving may take slightly longer.
We also ship using DHL on request. This is generally a 48hr worldwide service. Please contact us for details.
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
Ireland (including Northern Ireland): 1 Business Day
UK: 3-5 Business Days
Europe: 5-7 Working Days
Rest of World: 5-15 Working Days
These times are estimates and while packages often arrive quicker than this, given the current situation around the world, your patience and understanding is appreciated if the mail service is slower than we all would like. We cannot take responsibility for delays arising from mail carriers unless a package is officially declared as lost.

All orders are shipped via regular International Airmail which does not have tracking as standard. If you wish to have your order tracked, please select Registered Mail at checkout.
If your package has not yet arrived, rest assured, it is well on its way to you - only in the very rarest of cases does a package not arrive safely. If you have any questions about your order after the estimated time has elapsed, please contact us directly.

Please double check your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
We advise against using a shipping address where you do not regularly receive mail (eg the restaurant where you work) without first making appropriate arrangements, or where you do not have control over incoming mail deliveries (eg if you work at a large hotel).

The bottom line is we want you to be 100% satisfied with your OuiChef purchase. Items in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us directly and we’ll make things right immediately.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product, get in touch immediately - we will talk through the issue with you and make it right. That is our personal guarantee to you.

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a small number of retailers which we screen on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that OuiChef is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well. If you would like more information, please contact us directly and we can discuss possible options further.
We also do bulk orders for restaurants and hotels, as promotional gifts and in collaboration with other brands. Please get in touch directly by your preferred method and we can discuss your needs in detail.
