Developed from Vittorio’s original idea, every detail has been considered around the way chefs work through service. As Head Chef at Michelin-starred Luca’s in Florence, Vittorio brings the experience and instinct of the professional kitchen directly into the design.

Crafted entirely from stainless steel, the ultra-fine testing needle slides smoothly from its protective barrel when needed and stores neatly back inside when not in use, keeping the point safely concealed.

This version features a distinctive wide O-shaped clip, designed to sit securely on an apron or pocket while giving the needle a clean, recognisable profile. Its fine tip allows chefs to test temperature and doneness by touch with minimal disturbance to meat, fish, bread and cake.
